Given a license, this entitlement justifies their self-centered actions. They need to be educated on the idea of fly fishing. Once having done so, the attitude changes, and the idea of conservation ensues. We were not so different in our thinking in our youth. We later, once educated, bought into the idea that fish should be returned not taken. I hope those guys catch on to our ideals soon. Waiting for cooler weather for sure.
